Nice scattering. There's no relationship within this subgroup (16 molecules) at all. (Well, at least there's SAR for the whole group with 52 molecules.)
The graph might be cruel enough to come up with "shit, sometimes science is cruel" display name on msn, but indeed, a nice one to explain there's no relationship at all.
There might be some factors we overlooked while doing docking. Assume that there's nothing missed, then does it make sense to go further for my group? Is thre always a SAR for the billion-dolar market hits? Or most of the time, they're surprises. (I bet both, but don't have any proof.)
